 7. ADOPTION IS NO NO IN ISLAM



Islam prohibits adoption of children. Adoption in the technical sense is not allowed in Muslim Sharia law. This is because Allah does not like this gesture of adopting orphan children. Barbaric Arabs practiced adoption which was wrong. Allah declared in Quran, "Allah prohibits adoption in Islam and annulled all the judgements pertaining to adoption.”Adopted daughter must put hizab on her face in presence of her foster father and brothers from age 9 and vice versa. The old concept of prohibition of marriage of foster father with divorced wife of the adopted son as though he is the natural father was annulled.  So Allah commanded his prophet to marry Zainab Bint Jahsh, wife of Zaid, who was adopted son of Muhammed, in order to abolish this pagan custom (Fatawa al-Imam). Islamic sources state, "As to Zainab Bint Jahsh, the Messenger of Allah married for no higher wisdom than to abolish the heresy of adoption." 

In pre-Islamic Arab society adoption of orphan/helpless child was a very popular and moral practice. Arabs used to consider adopted child as their own. And they used to pass onto them the adopter's genealogy and name. The adopted child used to have all the rights of the legitimate offspring including that of inheritance. Marriage between adopted child and other member of adopter’s family was considered sin. Surely adopter cannot marry adopted daughter or for that matter divorced wife of an adopted son.
Now how this rule came into being?
Mohammed adopted Zaid Ibn Mohammed after his marriage with Khadija. Zaid Ibn Haritha  then became Zaid Ibn Mohammed after the name of the Prophet. Incidentally Zaid was one of the first people to accept Islam along with Mohammed’s nephew Ali, wife Khadija and friend Abu Bakr.
The place was Medina. Islam had taken root. Mohammed had already married seven of his fifteen wives after death of his first wife Khadija in Mecca. One day Mohammed wanted Zaid Ibn Mohammed for some purpose. The Messenger of God came to house of Zaid Ibn Mohammed seeking him. Zaid was not in the house. Mohammed called out,“Where is Zaid?” When he did not find him, he went inside Zaid’s house, seeking him. Zainab Bint Jahsh, wife of Zaid, stood up to meet Mohammed in a housedress. She said, 'He is not here, Messenger of God, so please come in; my father and mother are your ransom.' The Messenger of God refused to come in. So Zainab had hurried to dress herself and she leapt in a hurry. Mohammed liked her when she did that. The heart of the Prophet was filled with appreciation for her. The Messenger of God turned away from house of Zaid. He went away muttering something that was hardly understandable but for this sentence: 'Praise be to God who disposes the hearts.' When Zaid came back home, she told him that the Messenger of God came. Zaid asked, 'You asked him to come in, didn't you?' She replied, 'I bade him to, but he refused.' He said, 'Have you heard [him say] anything?' She answered, 'When he had turned away, I heard him say something that I could hardly understand. I heard him say, "Praise be to God who disposes the hearts." Zaid went out to the Messenger of God and said, “O Messenger of God, I learned that you came to my house. Did you come in? O Messenger of God, my father and mother are your ransom. Perhaps you liked Zainab. I can leave her.” The Messenger of God said, 'Hold on to your wife.' Zaid said, “O Messenger of God, I will leave her.”
Thereafter Zaid gave Talak to Zainab. She finished her legal period of three months after she had isolated herself from Zaid. In the meantime the Messenger of God went to a trance in presence of Aisha while talking to her and when it lifted, he smiled and said, “Who will go to Zainab to tell her that God wedded her to me from heaven?” The Messenger of God recited; “Thus you told someone whom God had favoured and whom you yourself have favoured: "Hold on to your wife." Salma, the sex slave of the Messenger of God, hurried to tell Zainab about God’s ordain. She gave her some silver jewelry that she was wearing.
There was disbelief among faithful. Aisha could see through, 'I heard much about her beauty and moreover, about how God wedded her from heaven.” She could do nothing but was apprehensive of her position. She said, "For sure she will boast over this with us."
Then Mohammed came up with the following verses of Quran."God did not make your adopted son as your own sons. To declare them so, is your empty claim. God's word is righteous and constitutes true guidance." It follows from this revelation that the adopter may marry the ex-wife of his adopted son and vice-versa. Thus Muhammad married Zainab in order to provide a good example of what the All-wise Allah was seeking to establish by way of rights and privileges for adoption. In this regard God further said: "After a term of married life with her husband, Allah permits you to marry her so that it may hence be legitimate and morally blameless for a believer to marry the wife of his adopted son provided that wife has already been divorced. That is God's commandment which must be fulfilled.”  Who, among the Arabs, could implement this noble legislation and thereby openly repudiate the ancient traditions? Naturally, Muhammad, the exemplar of obedience to God; had to marry Zainab to establish God’s command. His life was the implementation of that which he was entrusted to convey to mankind. His life constitutes the highest ideal, the perfect example, and the concrete instance of his Lord's command.

The truth

Muhammad fell in love with Zainab, daughter of Jahsh, while she was the wife of Zayd bin Mohammed, his own adopted son. Once, when he passed by the house of Zayd in the latter's absence, he was met by Zainab wearing clothes which exposed her beauty. Muhammad's heart was inflamed. It is reported that when his eyes fell upon her, he exclaimed, "Praise be to God who changes the hearts of men" and he repeated this expression at the time of his departure from her home. Zainab heard him say this and noticed desire in his eyes. Zainab proudly reported this happening to her husband. Zayd immediately went to see the Prophet and offered to divorce his wife. Muhammad answered, "Hold on to your wife and fear God." Thereafter, Zainab was no longer a docile wife and Zayd had to divorce her. Prophet Muhammad married Zainab Bint Jahsh who was his daughter-in-law. That was a taboo in pre-Islamic Arabia, and the Prophet of Islam lifted this taboo in order to satisfy his own lust and fulfil his own desire. For satisfying his lust he secured several verses of Quran for which believers of Islam would shun adoption next fourteen hundred years.

Sura al-Ahzab  "Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but [he is] God's Messenger and the Seal of the Prophets. God is Aware of everything!" 
"We married her off to you so that there would be no objection for believers in respect to their adopted sons' wives once they have accomplished their purpose with them. God's command must be done!" 
In the verse, it is stated that there is a particular purpose for the revelation and action of Muhammad. It is not for himself, but it is for the future of the Muslim community. It is so that in future there may not be a problem if anybody (father-in-law) wants to marry the divorced wife of an adopted son. “We permitted you to marry her so that it may hence be legitimate and morally blameless for a believer to marry the wife of his adopted son.” Without adoption, there cannot be any adopted son either.

There was other ramification of this marriage of lust. Zaid Ibn Mohammed was then reverted back to Zaid Ibn Haritha, on his mother’s name. Mohammed also clarified that such adopted children cannot get any share of inheritance as a matter of right. On the other hand, Arab custom and tradition demanded that the adopted son inherit from his adopted father, like the latter's legitimate children. And since this custom too was the object of Muhammad's attack, his choice of Zayd as the spear point of the first reform, would actually make of him -- if he were prepared to give up the inheritance to which Arabian custom gave him title -- the spearhead of another Islamic legislation prohibiting inheritance to any but the blood heirs and relatives of the deceased. This indeed furnished the revelation: "No believer, whether man or woman, has the freedom to choose otherwise than as God and His Prophet have resolved in any given case. To do so is to disobey God and His Prophet, to err and fall into manifest misguidance.”  Later on Mohammed did try to help out orphans by telling that anybody who helps orphans will go to Heaven along with him. But the damage was done.

6.  THE OTHER NAME OF ISLAM - FANATISM



U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) 2013 Annual Report records Muslim nations are the worst offender of religious freedom. In the list of 15 countries with the worst religious freedom abuses, ten are Muslim countries. U.S. Congress created USCIRF in 1998 as an independent federal advisory body to monitor religious freedom abuses abroad. Accordingly, USCIRF identifies status of religious freedom throughout the world every year. This 2013 report could have been for 2001 or for 2100. The fact remains that there is no religious freedom in any Muslim nation.

The 15 most intolerant countries are identified as "countries of particular concern" (CPCs): Burma, China, Egypt, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam. Of these, ten are Muslim countries. Three are communist countries where all religions are banned. Only Eritrea and Burma are two one countries where human rights are violated and only in Burma Muslims (Rohingya) are persecuted. There is a reason for this persecution. The same Rohingya Muslims tried to exterminate local population during second world war. It is more like reaction to Islamic intolerance.

The nearly 400-page report details a range of human rights violations occurring in these countries.For example, in Egypt, the government has failed to protect Coptic Christians, who comprise 10 percent of the country's 90 million people and who are the original inhabitants of Egypt. The Copts have been systematically tortured and killed. Individuals are prosecuted, convicted, and imprisoned for "contempt" or "defamation" of Islam or its prophet.

In Iran, religious freedom has deteriorated over the last few decades for minorities, such as the Baha'is, Christians, Zoroastrians, Jews and Sufi Muslims. The Report details that, "physical attacks, harassment, detention, arrests, and imprisonment have intensified. Armenian and Assyrian Christians, Zoroastrians and Jews – have faced harassment, intimidation, discrimination, arrests, and imprisonment. Anyone who has dissented against the government, a theocratic republic, including Majority Shia and minority Sunni Muslims, have been intimidated, harassed and detained. Several dissidents and human rights defenders have been sentenced to death and executed for waging war against God.

In Pakistan and Nigeria, religious extremism has resulted in unprecedented levels of violence that now threaten the long-term viability of both nations. Religious minorities are physically intimidated, abused and persecuted in the name of blasphemy act. In Sudan, since 2011, approximately 700,000 people have been expelled to the South as President Al-Bashir seeks to make Sudan an Islamic society.

Almost all Muslim Countries like Saudi Arab, Iraq, Iran, Nigeria, Uganda, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Malaysia have practiced or are practicing rule of sharia. Sharia distinguishes between believers and non-believers (Read it as Muslim and Non-Muslim). Non-Muslims do not have equal right even though they are citizens.

Among Non-Muslim countries, North Korea is the world's most repressive regimes. The Report states that a sizable number of people are arrested for religious activity which is banned. Like North Korea, Vietnam and China do not have full human right for religious and other matters. But all citizens in a Communist country are treated equal. There is no discrimination based on race, religion or sex. No religion is allowed to be practiced. There is a qualitative difference between a Muslim and a Communist country. In a communist country you are one among equal though you do not have the religious right. You have to keep your religious choice to yourself. In a Muslim country you are not equal and you will never be, if you are not a Muslim. Even a Muslim does not have right to question his religion, however wrong it may be.

The question of religious freedom is an issue of major importance at the end of the 20th century as it is regarded as one of the primary human right. Freedom of religion is universal, self-evident and inalienable. Indeed, wherever people are not free to believe in the God of their choice, practice their religion without hindrance or worship God freely, human rights do not exist. The examples of communist countries of Europe and Asia which were, until recently, under the sway of state socialism are a constant reminder of the dreadful conditions under which millions of men were condemned to live without the right to worship. After fall of Russian empire, socialism is practiced in only a handful of countries. Still three of the fifteen most religion abused countries are practicing socialist country.
But Islamic countries are the worst violator of religious freedom. 

Islam is not a just religion. It mixes religion with state. It encompasses all aspects of social, political and economic affairs. It is a society which has its own laws and codes of conduct which is standing since sixth century A.D. These archaic laws cannot be modified or even touched. Islam rejects anything and everything that is alien to its laws. This rigidity leads to a form of exclusiveness that is hostile to the concept of tolerance. Every non-Muslim is not destined merely for hell, but must be eradicated and removed from the face of the earth for being a non-believer. The choice left to him is either to convert, or face the danger of being eliminated. The same fate awaits any Muslim who dares to become a convert to another religion which is apostasy. Apostasy is punishable by death, especially in Islamic countries, i.e. countries where the state is theocratic.

Theocratic or not, no Muslim country experiments with democracy. Democracy is an alien concept. Given a chance to select their own Government, Muslim people will always vote for rightist Islamist parties. A rightist Islamist party when in power will disband democracy and usurp power in the name of Islam. Alternately army takes over the power or revolution throws up a person to power. The new man in power takes help of Islam to establish his totalitarian rule. Ultimately all Muslim countries are bound to be ruled by a dictator who might be from army, from revolution or from Islamist political party. Finally dictatorship will take control. Muslim dictators owe their power from religion. He naturally strives for establishing law of God, Sharia. Sharia means life by the time of Prophet. It automatically follows that Koranic verses will decide laws of the land. These laws are confusing and also open to interpretation. Interpretation of learned men (Learned men of Muslim theology and not of science.) is influenced by the leader. Autocracy is strengthened. One autocracy is replaced by another when previous loses steam. All these autocracies are particularly harsh on religious freedom.

Democracy implies equality. But equality is unacceptable in Islam. Non-believers cannot be equal to believers and women are not equal to men. Even the non-Muslims are not deemed to be equal. The People of the Book (Jews and Christians) are accepted as second class citizens and allowed to live in an Islamic state provided they pay the protection tax; Jizyah. But the pagans, atheists and idolaters are not regarded as fully humans. According to the Quran, the idolaters are to be killed wherever they are found.
In the April 9, 2002 issue, The Wall Street Journal published the concept of blood money in Saudi Arabia. If a person has been killed or caused to die by another, the latter has to pay blood money or compensation, as follow.
100,000 riyals if the victim is a Muslim man
50,000 riyals if a Muslim woman
50,000 riyals if a Christian man
25,000 riyals if a Christian woman
6,666 riyals if a Hindu man
3,333 riyals if a Hindu woman
According to this hierarchy, a Muslim man’s life is worth 30 times that of a Hindu woman. This hierarchy is based on the Islamic definition of human rights and is rooted in the Quran and Sharia (Islamic law). How can we talk of democracy when the concept of equality in Islam is non-existent?
We can examine what Koran says.

"And this is a proclamation from Allah and His Messenger to the people on the day of the Greater Pilgrimage, that Allah is clear of the idolaters, and so is His Messenger. So if you repent, it will be better for you; but if you turn away, then know that you cannot frustrate the plan of Allah. And give tidings of a painful punishment to those who disbelieve."

"Excepting those of the idolaters with whom you have entered into a treaty and who have not subsequently failed you in anything nor aided anyone against you. So, fulfill to these the treaty you have made with them till their term. Surely, Allah loves those who are righteous."

"How can there be a treaty of these idolaters with Allah and His Messenger, except those with whom you entered into a treaty at the Sacred Mosque? So, as long as they stand true to you, stand true to them. Surely, Allah loves those who are righteous."

"How can it be when, if they prevail against you, they would not observe any tie of relationship or covenant in respect of you? They would please you with their mouths, while their hearts refuse and most of them are perfidious."

"They barter the signs of Allah for a paltry price and turn men away from his way. Evil indeed is that which they do."

"They observe not any tie of relationship or covenant in respect of anyone who trust them. And it is they who are transgressors."

"But, if they repent and observe Prayer and pay the Zakat, then they are your brethren in faith. And we explain the Signs for a people who have knowledge."

"And if they break their oaths after their covenant, and attack your religion, then fight these leaders of disbelief- surely; they have no regard for their oaths - which they may desist."

"Will you not fight a people who have broken their oaths, and who plotted to turn out the Messenger, and who were the first to commence hostilities against you? Do you fear them? Nay, Allah is more worthy that you should fear Him, if you are believers."

"Fight them, that Allah may punish them at your hands, and humiliate them, and help you to victory over them, and relieve the minds of a people who believe."

"0 ye who believe! surely, the idolaters are unclean. So they shall not approach the Sacred Mosque.

"0 Prophet, strive against the disbelievers and the hypocrites. And be severe to them. Their abode is hell and an evil destination it is."

"Surely, Allah has purchased of the believers their persons and their property in return for the Garden they shall have; they fight in the cause of Allah, and they slay and are slain - a promise that He has made incumbent upon Himself in the Torah, and the Gospel, and the Quran. And who is more faithful to his promise than Allah? Rejoice, then, in your bargain which you have made with Him; and that it is which is the supreme triumph."

"And when you meet in regular battle those who disbelieve, smite their necks; and, when you have overcome them, bind fast the fetters - then afterwards either release them as a favour or by taking ransom - until the war lays down its burdens. That is the ordinance. And if Allah had so pleased, He could have punished them Himself, but He has willed that He may try some of you by others. And those who are killed in the way of Allah, He will never render their works vain."


"And if those who disbelieve should fight you, they would certainly turn their backs; then they would find neither protector nor helper."

"Such is the law of Allah that has been in operation before; and thou shalt not find any change in the law of Allah"

Islam is equally harsh on Christians and Jews. See the following verses:-
"And the Jews say, Ezra is the son of Allah, and the Christians say, the Messiah is the son of Allah; that is what they say with their mouths. They imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before them. Allah's curse be on them! How are they turned away!

"They have taken their learned men and their monks for lords beside Allah. And so have they taken the Messiah, son of Mary. And they were not commanded but to worship the One God. There is no God but He. Too Holy is He for what they associate with him!"

"And when the forbidden months have passed, kill the idolaters wherever you find them and take them prisoners, and beleaguer them and lie in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they repent and observe Prayer and pay the Zakat, then leave their way free. Surely, Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful.”

"And if anyone of the idolaters ask protection of thee, grant him protection so that he may hear the word of Allah; then convey him to his place of security. That is because they' are a people who have no knowledge."


Regardless of any interpretations based on politico-social circumstances and interests the commandment of the Koran is clear: the believer has an obligation to fight to death against infidel. No concept of equality with persons of other faith an possibly coexist with such an aphorism. This is particularly demonstrated today by the tragic circumstances of the minority populations that reside in Islamic countries. They are faced with unrelenting fanaticism and prejudice to the point where these unfortunate people are migrating en masse to other countries where they hope to find some tolerance and compassion. Blasphemy rule if read with Sharia gives every Muslim a right to decide life of every non-Muslim. Blasphemy law tells that any criticism of Islam or its Prophet is punishable by death. Sharia does not accept non-Muslim witness against Muslim. So if a Muslim blames any non-Muslim of insulting Quran then he is doomed unless another Muslim opposes the first Muslim which is unlikely.

Every practicing Muslim is a fanatic. If not, he is an apostate. Any country where Muslims are less than 20%, they get ghettoized and only remain as a law and order problem. When Muslim population is between 20% and 40% there will start riots and occasional mass murder of non-Muslims. Once Muslim population is more than 40%, it is a matter of time that the country will become a 90% Muslim country.

5. RAPE AND ISLAM


Mohammed distributed captured women to the soldiers who participated in the raid to capture them. However, Muslims faced a dilemma after receiving the women as war booty.  They wanted to have sex with the captured women but also wanted to return them for ransom and therefore did not want to make them pregnant.  Some of these women were already married.  Their husbands might have managed to escape and might be still alive.  It was possible that these people might agree to pay ransom and buy back their wives. The raiders, therefore, considered the possibility of coitus interrupts (withdrawing from intercourse prior to ejaculation).  Unsure of the best course of action, they went to Mohammed for advice.

Abu Saeed said: “We went out with Allah’s Apostle for the attack of Banu Al-Mustaliq and we received women captives from among the lost Arab tribe and we desired women and celibacy became hard on us and we loved to do coitus interrupts.  So when we intended to do coitus interrupts, we said, 'How can we do coitus interrupts before asking Allah’s Apostle who is present among us?"  We asked him about it and he said, 'It is better for you not to do so, for if any soul (till the Day of Resurrection) is predestined to exist, it will exist."
Notice that Mohammed did not forbid sex with women captured in war.  Instead, he indicated that when Allah intends to create anything, nothing can prevent it.  In other words, withdrawal cannot prevent pregnancy if Allah desires.  So Mohammed was supporting sex with captured women and impregnating them.

In the Quran, Mohammed made it legal to do intercourse with slave women, the so-called “right hand possessions,” even if they were married before their capture.  Slave women had no choice.
Mohammed had only one wife Khadijah for 25 years and had a contented conjugal life. But after death of Khadijah, Mohammed became a lustful person. He went on to marry fourteen times.  He had eleven living wives at one time. Some of his wives were actually captives and Mohammed forced himself upon them. Over and above he maintained at least four sex slaves.  Some important incidences are reproduced.



Juwairiya:

Ibn Aun has narrated: “I wrote a letter to Nafi and Nafi wrote in reply to my letter that the Prophet had suddenly attacked Bani Mustaliq without warning while they were headless and their cattle were being watered at the place of water. Their fighting men were killed and their women and children were taken as captives. The Prophet got Juwairiya on that day." Nafi said that Ibn Umar had told him the above narration and that Ibn Umar was in that army. Mohammed had sent one of his companions; Bareeda bin Haseeb, to spy on the Bani al-Mustaliq and after assessing that the men of the Bani out for tending the cattle, he had ordered his men to attack.
Juwairiya was one of the captives during the raid of Banu Mustaliq. When all the prisoners were made slaves and distributed among the victorious Muslim soldiers, Juwairiyah fell to the lot of Thabit bin Qais. She was the daughter of Haris, the leader of the clan. Therefore, she felt disgraced of being made slave of an ordinary Muslim soldier. She requested him to release her on payment of ransom. Thabit agreed to this, if she could pay him 9 Auqias of gold. Juwairiyah had no ready money with her. She tried to raise this amount through contributions, and approached the Holy Prophet also in this connection. She said to him "0' Prophet of Allah! I am the daughter of Al Haris bin Zarar, the Lord (chief) of his people. You know that it is by chance that our people have fallen captive and I have fallen to the share of Thabit bin Qais and have requested him to release me considering my status, but he has refused. Please do an act of kindness and save me from humiliation". The Holy Prophet was moved and asked the captive woman if she would like a thing still better. She asked as to what was that thing. He said that he was ready to pay her ransom and marry her if she liked. She agreed to this proposal. So the Holy Prophet paid the amount of ransom and married her.”  
First he raided a population without warning because they were easy target and wealthy. There he killed unarmed able-bodied men, plundered their belongings and then enslaved the women and children. Mohammed’s act of purchasing freedom for Juwairiyah was not a benevolent act. He did it on condition. Did Juwairiyah had any option? She will be raped either by Thabit or by Mohammed. Juwairiyah opted for Mohammed. Although Muslims call this marriage, it was a rape.
Arabs practiced slavery and especially sex slavery and Mohammed gave it sanction of God. By doing so, he set an example which became standard practices of the Muslims forever. Today all Muslim terrorist groups follow the same.



Safiyah 

Safiyah was a beautiful 17 years old Jewish woman who was captured when Mohammed’s troops raided Kheibar. She was the daughter or Huyeiy Ibn Akhtab, the chief of the Banu Nadir, a Jewish tribe of Medina , whom Mohammed had beheaded two years earlier along with the men of Banu Quraiza. The tribe of Banu Nadir had been already banished from Medina and their properties were confiscated.
Safiyah was married to her cousin Kinana, who was a young Jewish leader of Kheibar. When Mohammed raided that fortress, he killed its men and captured the women and children. A Jewish traitor, to gain Mohammed’s favor and be spared from death, told him that Kinana was the treasurer of the town and that he used to hide the money in some ruins. Mohammed ordered Kinana to be tortured to reveal the whereabouts of the treasures and finally killed him.
Then he asked the prettiest woman from amongst the captives to be brought to him. Ibn Ishaq writes: "The apostle occupied the Jewish forts one after the other, taking prisoners as he went.  Among these were Safiya, the wife of Kinana, the Khaibar chief, and two female cousins: [sisters of Kinana] the apostle chose Safiya for himself.  The other prisoners were distributed among the Muslims.  Bilal brought Safiya to the apostle, and they passed the bodies of several Jews on the way.  Safiya's female companions lamented and strewed dust on their heads.  When the apostle of Allah observed this scene, he said, 'Remove these she-devils from me.'  But he ordered Safiya to remain, and threw his cloak over her.  So the Muslims knew he had reserved her for his own.  The apostle reprimanded Bilal, saying, 'Hast thou lost all feelings of mercy, to make women pass by the corpses of their husbands?'”
Safiyah was taken to Mohammed’s tent. Mohammed wanted to have sex with her on that very night, only hours after torturing her husband to death. That night Abu Ayyub al-Ansari guarded the tent of Mohammed. When, in the early dawn,  Mohammed saw Abu Ayyub strolling up and down, he asked him what he meant by this sentry-go; he replied: "I was afraid for you with this young lady. You had killed her father, her husband and many of her relatives, I was really afraid for you on her account".
The next day Mohammed covered Safiyah with his mantle, an act signifying that she is now his. Safiyah was groomed and made-up for Mohammed by Umm Sulaim, the mother of Anasibn Malik and was taken to Mohammed who married her in a mock marriage ceremony and raped her. Can this be considered marriage? No young women would like to jump into bed with an old man who murdered her father and young husband and many other relatives just the previous day. That poor woman had no choice; therefore that marriage was nothing but a mockery of this sacred institution. At that time Mohammed was close to sixty years.


Rayhanah

Another victim of Mohammed was Rayhana, a 15 year old girl from the tribe of Banu Quraiza. Mohammed massacred all the men of that tribe. Then women were brought to him to pick and he chose Rayhana. Rayhana never married Mohammed and unlike Juwairiyah and Safiyah never feigned being a Muslim to have an easier life. She preferred to remain a sex slave rather than a wife to the murderer of her father, brothers and uncles.   
 
Mohammed not only legalized rape but actually made it a religious act. A Muslim has to wait at least three months before re-marrying a widow or a divorcee. This waiting period is called Iddah (3 menstrual cycles). But a Muslim can have forced sex with a woman just after capturing her if she is not Muslim.

This is what followed immediately after death of Mohammed.

Mohammed appointed Malik as a tax collector for the tribe of Banu Tamim. Malik was a chief of some distinction: a warrior, noted for his generosity, and a famous poet. Bravery, generosity, and poetry were the three qualities most admired among the then Arabs. As soon as Malik heard of the death of Mohammed, he gave back all the tax to his tribe people, saying “Now you are the owner of your wealth." He was quoted saying: "Today, your wealth are saved.” Most scholars agreed that he was adhering to the normal beliefs of the Arabs of his time in which they should cease to pledge their allegiance to a tribe upon the death of its Sheikh.

Khalid Bin Walid was sent for re-establishing Zakat from Muslims. He sent his cavalry to nearby villages and ordered them to call the Azan (call for prayers) to each party they meet and then claimed Zakat. Malik avoided direct contact with Khalid's army and ordered his followers to scatter, and he and his family apparently moved away across the desert. He refused to give zakat, hence differentiating between prayer and zakat. Nevertheless, Malik was accused of rebellion against the state of Madina. He was also charged for his entering in an anti-Caliphate alliance with Sajjah, a self-proclaimed prophetess. Malik was finally arrested along with his clan men, Malik was asked by Khalid about his crimes. Malik's response was "your master said this and your master said that" referring to Abu Bakr. Khalid declared Malik an apostate and ordered his execution. Khalid killed Malik ibnNuwayra and took his wife. In Medina, ‘Umar told Khalid: “You are enemy of Allah! You killed a Muslim man and then raped his wife. By Allah, I will stone you". Shias claim that according to Islam, Khalid should have waited for her to complete the waiting period of iddah before marrying her. Sunnis believe that since Malik and his tribe was judged apostates, they were taken captives and Iddah rules do not apply to apostates. The death of Malik and Khalid's taking of his wife Layla created a controversy. The controversy was whether Malik was to be considered Muslim or apostate. If Malik was still a Muslim then rape was committed; otherwise no. So Muslims can legally rape any woman they capture if she is not a Muslim. He can rape a Muslim woman as well but after calling her husband apostate and if necessary killing him.

It is not that rape was uncommon in mediaeval history. Rape was used as a mean of terrorizing opponent population. As human civilization progressed women were treated as equal and slowly progressive societies accepted equality of sexes. Like racial discrimination, discrimination on the basis of sex is considered wrong. The whole movement of woman emancipation was led by religious men. All religion treated women with respect which finally resulted into modern day conviction of universal equality of all human being. But Islam is different. Islam does not consider rape of non– Muslim women is wrong. A Muslim can capture women in war and keep them as war booty. These women are called "mal e ganimat" or war booty. Women can be purchased from slave market as well. Both types of women are considered "those that right hand possesses." Islam institutionalized slavery, especially sex slavery. Even today slavery is practiced in all Muslim countries. Governments, Administrations and even Judiciaries fail to abolish slavery all together since it is permissible in Quran.

4. DECEPTION IN ISLAM


Islam not only allows but also considers obligatory on a Muslim to deceive when faced with dominance of other faiths and as a corollary to promote Islam among non-believers. This deception – is known as 'taqiyya'.


Origins of taqiyya

As a doctrine, taqiyya was first codified by Shia Muslims, primarily as a result of their historical experience. Shias insisted that the caliphate rightly belonged to the Prophet Mohammed's cousin and son-in-law, Ali (and subsequently his descendants). Shia is a vocal and powerful branch of Islam that emerged following Mohammed's death and after the internal Islamic Fitna wars from the years 656 AD to 661 AD. However, the Shia remained a minority branch, persecuted by mainstream Muslims or Sunnis. Taqiyya became pivotal to Shia survival.


Practice of Taqiyya

Shia performs taqiyya by pretending to be Sunnis externally, while maintaining Shia beliefs internally to avoid Sunni persecution, as they constitute only 10% of Muslim population. In Saudi Arabia, for instance, Shias are deemed heretics, traitors and infidels by many of the Sunni majority and like other non-Sunni Muslims they are often persecuted.
Several of Saudi Arabia's highest clerics have even issued fatwas sanctioning killing of Shias. As a result, figures on the Arabian kingdom's Shia population vary wildly from as low as 1 per cent to nearly 20 per cent. Many Shias, living there, obviously choose to conceal their religious identity. As a result of some 1,400 years of Shia taqiyya, the Sunnis often accuse the Shias of being habitual liars, insisting that taqiyya is ingrained in Shia culture.
Conversely, the Sunnis did not conceal any aspect of their faith. They were rulers most of the time of history. However, today many Sunnis are finding themselves in the Shias' place: living as minorities in countries surrounded and governed by Christians (Western countries), Buddhists (Myanmer) and Jews (Israel), Atheists (Communist China) and Idolaters (India). Today Sunnis find them in countries where freedom of religion to all (Western) or none (Communist) is practiced. Sunnis have also started practicing taqiyya for concealing their religious beliefs. They show their confidence in democracy and secularism which is contrary to Islamic faith.


Taqiyya in general life

The primary Quranic verse sanctioning deception with respect to non-Muslims states: "Let believers not take for friends and allies from among infidels instead of believers. Whoever does this shall have no relationship left with Allah – unless he guards himself against those Infidels and their ways, taking precautions."
Al-Tabari's (838-923 AD) Tafsir, or Quranic exegeses, is essentially a standard reference in the entire Muslim world. He wrote: "If you [Muslims] are under their [infidels'] authority, fearing for yourselves, behave loyally to them, with your tongue, while harbouring inner animosity for them. Allah has forbidden believers from being friendly or be on intimate terms with the infidels in place of believers – except when infidels are above them [in authority]. In such a scenario, let them act friendly towards them."
The Islamic scholar Ibn Kathir (1301-1373) wrote: "Whoever at any time or place fears their [infidels'] evil, may protect himself through outward show." As proof of this, he quotes Mohammed's companion, Abu Darda: "Let us smile to the face of some people while our hearts curse them." Al-Hassan said: "Doing taqiyya is acceptable till the day of judgment." Other prominent ulemas also have extended taqiyya to cover deeds. Muslims can behave like infidels – from bowing down and worshipping idols and crosses to even exposing fellow Muslims to the infidel enemy – anything short of actually killing a fellow Muslim.
Muslims in India swears by secularism. But it is a taqiyya. Whenever power comes in Muslims hand they will follow sharia where secularism is taboo.


War is deceit

None of this should be surprising considering that Mohammed himself, who is an example of the "most perfect human", took an expedient view on the issue of deception. For instance, Mohammed permitted deceit in three situations: to reconcile two or more quarreling parties; husband to wife and vice-versa; and in war.
During the Battle of the Trench (627 AD), which pitted Muhammad and his followers against several non-Muslim tribes collectively known as "the Confederates", a Confederate called Naim bin Masud went to the Muslim camp and converted to Islam. When Muhammad discovered the Confederates were unaware of Masud's conversion, he advised him to return and try somehow to get his tribesmen to abandon the siege. "For war is deceit," Muhammad assured him. Masud went back and created distrust between various tribes until they abandoned the siege. According to this account, deceit saved Islam during its embryonic stage.
A poet, Kab bin al-Ashruf, had offended Mohammed by making derogatory verses about Muslim women. Mohammed exclaimed in front of his followers: "Who will kill this man who has hurt Allah and his prophet?"A young Muslim named Muhammad bin Maslama volunteered, but with the caveat that, in order to get close enough to Kab to assassinate him, he be allowed to lie to the poet. Mohammed agreed. Maslama traveled to Kab and began denigrating Islam and Mohammed, carrying on this way till his disaffection became convincing enough for Kab to take him into his confidences. Soon thereafter, Maslama appeared with another Muslim and, while Kab's guard was down, they assaulted and killed him. They ran to Mohammed with Kab's head, to which the latter cried: "Allahuakbar" or "God is great."
The entire sequence of Quranic revelations are a testimony to taqiyya and since Allah is believed to be the revealer of these verses, he ultimately is seen as the perpetrator of deceit. This is not surprising since Allah himself is often described in the Quran as the "best deceiver" or "schemer."


War is eternal

According to Islam war against the infidel goes on in perpetuity, until "all chaos ceases, and all religion belongs to Allah" (8:39). According to Islam, - The duty of the jihad exists as long as the universal domination of Islam has not been attained. Peace with non-Muslim nations is, therefore, a provisional state of affairs only. The circumstances alone can justify any truce with non-Muslim nations or entities. But it should be only temporary. There can be no question of genuine peace treaties with these nations; only truces, whose duration ought not, in principle, to exceed ten years. But even such truces maybe repudiated unilaterally before they expire, should it appear more profitable for Islam to resume the conflict.
The concept of obligatory jihad is best expressed by Islam's world view that pits Dar al Islam (House of Islam) against Dar al Harb (House of War or non-Muslims) until the former subsumes the latter. Muslim historian and philosopher, Ibn Khaldun (1332- 1406), articulated this division by saying: "In the Muslim community, holy war is a religious duty, because of the universalism of the Muslim mission and the obligation to convert everybody to Islam either by persuasion or by force. The other religious groups did not have such universal mission and even the crusade was not a religious duty for Christians. It was at best a counter attack to defend Christianity. But Islam is under obligation to gain power over others."
Islam must be in a constant state of war with the non-Muslim world – which need not be physical, as radicals among the ulema have classified several non-literal forms of jihad, such as "jihad-of-the-pen" (propaganda), "money-jihad" (economic) and love-jihad. Muslims are permitted to lie and feign loyalty to the infidel where they are in minority but they must continue to further their war efforts against them. Offers of peace, tolerance or dialogue from extremist Muslims are just only Taqiyyia.


Deception in propagation of Islam

Muslim propagandists say that, it is a must that the teachings of Islam be spread through the aid of sound intellect, valid logic, and penetrating evidence. If convincing fails then force is used. However, when both convincing by logic and by force fails against stubborn beliefs and obstinacy of some persons, it becomes necessary to bring in falsehood like miracles. They opine that Allah aids His Prophets and saints with power of miracles so that they are able to impress people to right path. They are displayed only when there is a great emergency to justify them. In fact, these are used as a last remedy when all other persuasions fails to convince the 'devil' in man of the teachings and principles of the divine doctrines of Truth or the laws of God. Miracles form a great part of Sufi tradition. Obviously, Sufi saints utilized magic and all kinds of deceit to create miracles. Common illiterate people can thus be tricked into conversion. Miracles had been used to convert large number of people in India
Khwaja Gharib Nawaz's life and mission have always been associated with miracles. He is believed to bring life to a dead man, sight to blind, fill entire water of Anasagar lake in a Mashkiza (a small bag for carrying water) or cure a leper. A variety of miracles or 'Karamaat' are associated with the missionary works of such stalwarts as Ghos-ul-AzamHazrat Abdul Qadir Gilani of Baghdad, Hazrat Khwaja Usman Harooni, Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishty, Hazrat Khwaja Qotubuddin Bakhtiyar Kaki of Delhi, Hazrat Baba Fariduddin GanjShakar of Pak Patan, Hazrat Makhdoom Alauddin Saabir of Kalyar, Hazrat Sheikh Nizamuddin Awliya of Delhi, Hazrat Sheikh Salim Chishty of Fatehpur Sikri and a scores of other Sufi saints of India, Persia and Arabia, too numerous to name.
In Bengal, Shah Makhdum Ruposh, who arrived in Rampur Boalia in Rajshahi in 1184 AD, is said to have crossed the river wearing a pair of wooden sandals (kharam). Conversion of large number of people to Islam is ascribed to this miracle. He is also said to have crossed the river on the back of a fish. Another story relates to Hazrat Shah Jalal (R) who is said to have crossed the river into Sylhet along with his disciples on a jainamaz (prayer rug). Reaching the opposite bank, he ordered the azan to be sounded, at which the magnificent palace of Gaur Govinda shattered. A legend ascribed to Hazrat Shah Paran relates how a piece of dead wood miraculously produced six different trees, which are still giving shade to his tomb.
These miracles were also a part of 'taqiyya'. Rumours were spread knowingly about miraculous power of Sufi saints. What force and coercion could not achieve, what jijiya and religious tax could not perform, and where temptation and lure failed, 'taqiyya' did. Poor and illiterate villagers and less Hinduized tribes could be impressed and converted to Islam.



Conclusion

There are no "moderate" Muslims – or, more specifically, secularized Muslims. A Muslim can pose secularism but actually hate non-believers belonging to all other religions or else he is committing apostasy. A Muslim can vouch for democracy but will opt for Sharia when he has an option.  And Sharia discriminates. A Muslim may talk of humanity but he is concerned with fellow Muslims only. Muslims donate more money in philanthropy than rest of the world put together but this money (zakat) is used only for Muslims and propagation of Islam. But taqiyya has one benefit. Taquiya permits Muslims to integrate with others and to learn about humanity, secularism, democracy and so on and so forth. This enlightenment will slowly bring humanism among some Muslims. It may take years of education, secularism, democracy & personal freedom to ride over Taquiya. It will result in evolution of non-practicing Muslims. Only non-practicing Muslims in large number can reduce the venom of Islam. A practicing Muslim is dormant extremist. He cannot be trusted even though he professes his faith in democracy and secularism. It is only Taqiyya.

3. ISLAM IS VIOLENT


Every Muslim missionary believes that Islam is the true religion and considers it is his solemn duty to spread Islam around the globe. 21st century civilized society permits each of its member freedom of practicing his religion as well as propagating his beliefs. Every member of the society has the freedom to choose his religion or no religion. Adherents of all religions and for those matter even atheists may also preach his belief. This freedom is available in all civilized countries. So a Muslim in any civilized country can practice and preach Islam. But freedom of religion does not exist in any Muslim country.  Freedom of religion is an alien concept in Islam. Non- Muslims are just tolerated. No Muslim country allows preaching of any religion other than Islam. Islam discourages learning of other religions. It advises its adherents to remain within its flock so that Muslims do not even know that there are other views. Islam considers conversion from Islam to any other religion is apostasy and punishable by death. Actually, Muslims in a Muslim country does not have religious freedom. He cannot opt for another religion, lest it will be apostasy which is punishable by death.


Islam is not only spread by violence, it keeps its adherents together through threat of violence. Violence is integral part of Islam. Though it is not necessary to prove Islam is violent as it is obvious but still following facts are brought out to indicate violent nature of Islam. 


1. Allah ordains convert or kill

Mohammed in one of his last verses directed Muslims to attack people of the Book (Christians and Jews) if they do not agree to profess the true religion: Islam. This leaves the door wide open for terrorists today to attack and fight Christians and Jews because they do not adhere to Islam. That is why we see Muslims all over the world rejoicing fall of twin towers on 9/11. Mohammed also said in another verse that if people of the book do not accept Islam then they must pay a tax for the "privilege" of living under the "protection" of Islam—submissively or in humiliation. People of the book are lucky. Prophet’s direction for action against idolaters and atheists is “Catch them and slay them wherever you find them.” People of books may be killed, converted or allowed to live in submission. But other infidels are only to be killed or converted.
In practice, however, Muslim rulers did not kill all infidels so that revenue sources are not dried up. Prudence and necessity was above religious dictum. But religious approval was always there. Even protection of the people of books could be lifted whenever desired. Nobody was ever safe under Muslim rule. One and half million Armenian Christians, five hundred thousand Greeks and two hundred thousand Assyrian Christians were killed by western educated young Turks between 1915 and 1918. These unarmed defenseless people were original inhabitants of Anatolia. It was the first case of mega-scale ethnic cleansing in the modern era. Hitler only duplicated it 25 years later but he never had any religious sanction. Hitler made all attempts to conceal the genocide.  German people have expressed remorse for the genocide. Turkey of 1915 did not try to conceal the ethnic cleansing, neither Turkey of today felt remorse or apologized.
There are numerous cases of massacres of innocent people in the six hundred years of Muslim rule in India. Tipu Sultan, portrayed as a secular king, lorded over treacherous murder of tens of thousands of Nairs and Nambudiries of Kerala. Even, the great King Akbar killed 30,000 Mewar peasants after victory of Chittorgarh. Practically all Muslim rulers of India used force for conversion or practiced selective killings. Even today Hindus, Christians and Buddhists are killed, maimed or converted by force on daily basis in Bangladesh and Pakistan. Rohingia Muslims are persecuted by majority Buddhists of Myanmar but sixty years back these Rohingias tried to wipe out Buddhists from Arakan province of Myanmar with the aim of establishing a Muslim state or joining Pakistan. Not only that Rohingias never hesitate to murder, rape or loot Hindu Bengalis living among them, even though they are persecuted themselves.
India is still Hindu after six hundred years of Muslim rule, not because Muslim kings were generous but because they needed flow of revenue and due to inner strength of Hinduism.


2. Mohammed unjustly executes around 900 male Jews and enslaves the women and children.

After the Battle of the Trench in March 627, Mohammed showed extreme savagery on the Jewish clan, Qurayzah, his third and final Jewish rivals (he banished the Qaynuqa tribe in April 624 and the Nadir tribe in August 625). Mohammed entered into a pact with the Qurayzah tribe before the Battle with Meccans for remaining neutral. After victory he blamed them for having had dialogues with the Meccans during the engagement. Mohammed was accuser, Mohammed was the judge and Mohammed was the executer. Qurayzah tribe was adjudged guilty and when they surrendered after 24 days of siege, Mohammed ordered execution of all able bodied men. He did not show mercy or did not exile them (as indeed they requested before surrendering).
The sentence: Death by decapitation of around 900 men and enslavement for the women and children (he took a beautiful Jewess as his own prize). It was OK for Mohammed, the tyrant but it was Mohammed, the Prophet.
The prophet said the following in Quran about the Battle of the Trench and his treatment of Qurayzah:
 God sent back the disbelievers along with their rage—they gained no benefit—and spared the believers from fighting. He is strong and mighty.
 He brought those People of the Book [Qurayza] who supported them down from their strongholds and put terror into their hearts. Some of them you [believers] killed and some you took captive.
He passed on to you their land, their homes, their possessions, and a land where you had not set foot. God has power over everything.



3. Mohammed in his Quran promises sensuous Gardens for martyrs dying in a military holy war.

Throughout the Quran, Mohammed promised the men in his fledgling Muslim community that if they die fighting for Allah and for him, Allah will reward them with a "virgin-rich" Garden.
In the following Quranic passage, the Arabic word "jihad” is used to mean trade in this life for the life to come after death.
 You who believe, shall I show you a bargain that will save you from painful punishment?
Have faith in God and His Messenger and struggle [jehad] for His cause with your possessions and your persons—that is better for you, if only you knew - He will forgive your sins, admit you into Gardens graced with flowing streams, into pleasant dwellings in the Gardens of Eternity. That is the supreme triumph.
These verses are found in the historical context of the Battle of Uhud (625), in which Mohammed lost 70 of his fighters. Thus, he must make the loss of life appear worth the sacrifice, so he framed their death a bargain. If his jihadists sacrificed their lives down here, they will be granted heaven where they would be served by beautiful virgins.
                      

4. Mohammed aggressively attacks Meccan caravans.

Mohammed’s attacked Meccan caravans six times in one year and sent out a punitive expedition three-days away against an Arab tribe that stole some Medinan grazing camels totaling seven raids in 622.
It must be emphatically stated that the Meccans never sent a force up to the doorstep of Medina in the first year since Hijrah—they did later on when they were fed up with Mohammed’s aggression. It is true that the Meccans gathered forces to protect their caravans, but Mohammed always confronted Meccan caravans more than 80 miles away from Medina. (Medina and Mecca are around 250 miles from each other, taking seven to eleven days of travel by foot, horse, or camel.)
Mohammed either sent out or personally led seventy-four expeditions, raids or wars from 622 to 632. They range from negotiations (only a few compared to the violent expeditions), to small assassination hit squads, to the conquest of Mecca with 10,000 jihadists, and to the confrontation of Byzantine Christians (who never showed up), with 30,000 holy warriors to Tabuk.
Thus, aggressive military violence sits at the heart of early Islam, in the Quran and Hadith.


5. Mohammed assassinates poets and poetesses.

These poets represent others in early Islam.          
March 624: Uqba bin Abu Muayt
Uqba mocked Mohammed in Mecca and wrote derogatory verses about him. He was captured during the Battle of Badr, and Mohammed ordered him to be executed. "But who will look after my children, O Mohammed?" Uqba cried with anguish. "Hell," retorted the prophet coldly. Then the sword of one of his followers cut through Uqba’s neck.
March 624: Asma bint Marwan
Asma was a poetess who belonged to a tribe of Medinan pagans, and whose husband was named Yazid b. Zayd. She composed a poem blaming the Medinan pagans for obeying a stranger (Mohammed) and for not taking the initiative to attack him by surprise. When the prophet heard what she had said, he asked, "Who will rid me of Marwan’s daughter?" A member of her husband’s tribe volunteered and crept into her house that night. She had five children, and the youngest was sleeping at her breast. The assassin gently removed the child, drew his sword, and plunged it into her, killing her in her sleep.
The following morning, the assassin defied anyone to take revenge. No one took him up on his challenge, not even her husband. In fact, Islam became powerful among his tribe. Previously, some members who had kept their conversion secret now declared openly, "because they saw the power of Islam," so conjectures an early Muslim source that reports the assassination.

6. Mohammed in his Quran commands death or the cutting off of hands and feet for fighting and corrupting the land.

 Indeed, the punishment of those who fight Allah and His Messenger and who go around corrupting the land is to be killed, crucified, have their hands and feet cut off on opposite sides, or to be banished from the land. That is a disgrace for them in this life, and in the life to come theirs will be a terrible punishment.
Except for those who repent before you overpower them. Know, then, that Allah is All-Forgiving, Merciful.
According to the hadith, the historical context of these verses from Quran runs as follows and clarifies "fighting" and "corrupting" the land.
Some Arab tribesmen visited the prophet, but fell sick in the uncongenial climate of Medina, so he recommended an old folk belief: drinking the milk and urine of a camel. Subsequently, they reported to have recovered. However, for some reason, after departing from Medina, they killed some of Mohammed’s shepherds, turned apostate, and drove off with prophet’s camels.
This news reached him, and he ordered them to be hunted down and brought before him. He decreed that their hands and feet should be cut off, their eyes gouged out, and their bodies thrown upon stony ground until they died.
Thus, gruesome violence sits at the heart of early Islam—in Mohammed’s life and in the Quran. Islam is therefore a religion of violence.



7. Mohammed in his Quran commands that the hands of male or female thieves should be cut off.

Cut off the hands of thieves, whether they are male or female, as punishment for what they have done—a deterrent from God: God is almighty and wise.
But if anyone repents after his wrongdoing and makes amends, God will accept his repentance: God is most forgiving and merciful.
Aisha [favorite wife of Mohammed] reported the Prophet saying, "A thief’s hand should be cut off for only a quarter of a dinar and upwards."
A dinar, a word taken from the Roman denarius, was not a small sum, but not exorbitant either, yet one-fourth of a dinar merits the loss of a hand in Mohammed’s view.
Ibn Umar said the Prophet had a thief’s hand cut off for a shield worth three dirhams.
The shield was fairly expensive. The poor in Mohammed’s armies could not afford one.
Abu Huraira reported the Prophet as saying, "God curse a thief who steals an egg and has his hand cut off, and steals a rope and has his hand cut off!"
Some commentators are quick to say that an "egg" is really a helmet, and the rope is a ship’s rope, which is sizable and costly. However, the translation above is usually accepted, and this means that the penalty could be imposed for trivial thefts. But even if the more expensive items are in view here, they still do not measure up to a hand.
Thus, harsh and excessive punitive violence sits at the heart of early Islam—in Mohammed’s life and in the Quran. Islam is not a religion of peace.



8. Mohammed in his Quran permits husbands to beat their wives.

Husbands should take full care of their wives; with [the bounties] God has given to some more than others and with what they spend out of their own money. Righteous wives are devout and guard what God would have them guard in the husbands’ absence. If you fear high-handedness from your wives, remind them [of the teaching of God], then ignore them when you go to bed, then hit them. If they obey you, you have no right to act against them. God is most high and great. (Haleem)
Written in the historical context of the Battle of Uhud (March 625), in which Islam lost 70 holy warriors, this verse belongs to a larger collection of verses that outlines laws for the family, such as how to divide the inheritance and to how to oversee the assets of orphans.
Husbands may beat their unruly wives if the husbands "fear" highhandedness, quite apart from whether the wives are actually being highhanded. This puts the interpretation of the wives’ behavior squarely in the husbands’ judgment, and this swings the door to abuse wide open.
Hadith shows Mohammed hitting his girl-bride, Aisha, daughter of Abu Bakr, his right-hand Companion:
"He [Mohammed] struck me [Aisha] on the chest which caused me pain." Aisha.
Thus, domestic violence sits at the heart of early Islam—in the life of Mohammed and his Quran. Islam is therefore not the religion of peace.



9. Mohammed commands in his Quran that adulterers and adulteresses should receive a hundred lashes.

Strike the adulteress and the adulterer one hundred times. Do not let compassion for them keep you from carrying out God’s law—if you believe in God and the Last Day—and ensure that a group of believers witnesses the punishment.
This sura was written after winning a raid on a Arab tribe in December 627. Mouhammed brought his favorite and youngest wife, Aisha, also the daughter of Abu Bakr, his right-hand lieutenant in the campaign. They journeyed back to Medina. On their last day of journey, Aisha went for searching her necklace which she had lost in the darkness, just as the army was setting out early in the morning.  Meanwhile, the man leading her camel assumed she was in her curtained litter and led the camel along with the army. Returning, Aisha saw that she was left behind.
However, a handsome young Muslim named Safwan saw her and accompanied her back to Medina.  Muslims and Mohammed’s opposition all wagged their tongues at seeing the two entering the city together. Eventually, revelation came that Aisha was not guilty of any immorality.
This verse establishes some ground rules against adultery, of which flogging one hundred times is one of the rules. Amazingly, the verse exhorts the accusers and judges not to let compassion keep them from carrying out God’s law.
Moreover, early and reliable traditions depict Mohammed and his Muslims stoning adulterers and adulteresses, as recorded by the two most reliable collectors and editors of the hadith, Bukhari (AD 810-870) and Muslim (c. AD 817-875):
Umar said: God sent Mohammed with the truth and sent down the Book [Quran] to him, and the verse of stoning was included in what God most high sent down. God’s messenger [Mohammed] had people stoned to death, and we have done it also since his death. Stoning is a duty laid down in God’s Book for married men and women who commit fornication when proof is established, or if there is pregnancy, or a confession.
Perhaps the most gruesome hadith is the following. A woman came to the prophet and asked for purification (by being punished for her sin). He told her to go away and seek God’s forgiveness. She persisted four times and admitted that she was pregnant as a result of fornication. He told her to wait until she had given birth. Then he said that the Muslim community should wait for two years until she had weaned her child. When the day arrived for the child to take solid food, Mohammed handed the child over to the community and ordered the woman’s death by stoning.
And when he had given command over her and she was put in a hole up to her breast, he ordered the people to stone her. Khalid b. al-Walid came forward with a stone which he threw at her head, and when the blood spurted on his face he cursed her.



10. Mohammed nicknames his weapons.

Tabari (AD 839-923) is an early Muslim historian who is considered largely reliable by scholars today.
A list of Mohammed’s assets was prepared at the end of his life (horses, camels, milch sheep, and so on). List records the nicknames of Mohammed weapons. Mohammed nicknamed three swords that he took from the Jewish tribe Qaynuqa after he banished them from Medina in April 624: "Pluck Out," "Very Sharp," and "Death." Two other swords from elsewhere are named: "Sharp" and "That is wont to sink" (presumably into human flesh). He collected "Having the vertebrae of the back"  sword as booty after his victory at the Battle of Badr in March 624. He owned one sword called "Sharp" during Hijrah or Emigration from Mecca to Medina in 622.
Mohammed took three bows from the Qaynuqa tribe and named them as follows: "Most conducive to ease, or wide," "white," and "of nab wood" (species of tree from which bows are made).
Finally, even Mohammed himself had a nickname. After Tabari lists the positive ones, he matter-of-factly provides one that is not so positive: "The obliterator."


What the ten reasons mean for us today

Muslims believe that Quran is revealed. At that time Arabs used to prize valour, poetry and generosity. There is no reason to believe that Mohammed could not write the verses himself. He was a very clever person who used to recite verses to suit his requirement. It is also possible that he was a psychopath and used to hallucinate and compose the verses under hallucination. This is most possible situation as Mohammed used to have fits and his verses were related to his current issues.
No religious man, be it Buddha or be it Mahavira or be it Christ assassinated opponents, whipped adulterers, cut off the hands of thieves, or launched jihads. Buddha and Mahavira preached non-violence, non-violence to animals as well. Christ expressed love for God. All saints believed in love of God and love to humanity. Therefore, Buddhists, Jains, Christians and all fair-minded persons have the right to question whether the true God can reveal such verses to support Mohammed’s violence. Whether true God can be so partisan? Whether true God can ask His followers to practice wife bashing? Whether true God can be so cruel to advise His followers to cut off hands and feet of people who had committed crime, and biggest crime being not accepting Mohammed? Islam is definitely a religion of violence.
The result is open to see. Fourteen hundred years of Islamic journey is replete with violence. The virus of violence unleashed by Mohammed is still flourishing. Killing of two millions Armenian and other Christians in 1915 by Turks, killing of millions of Hindus and Sikhs in 1947 during formation of Pakistan, killing and brutalizing of three million Bengalis (Both Hindu & Muslim) by Pakistani army are only few examples. The Arabs never tires in asserting their goal of uprooting and throwing out every single Jew of Israel to sea. Arabs waged three wars with Israel but lost all three. But if they win any engagement ever, Jews will be massacred. Boko Haram terrorists of Nigeria, Talibans and Al-Quada of Afghanistan and Pakistan, ISIS of Iraq and Syria are burning examples of Islamic violence. The terrorists themselves do not prove anything; it is the wide supports these terrorists receive from common Muslims population make them dangerous.
Violence in Islam is obvious. Muslim fanatics are ruling world terrorism. Terrorism is also practiced by communists or Maoists with an aim of establishing just society. Terrorism is also a weapon for soldiers of an ethnic group for securing independence. All type of terrorism needs to be condemned. But terrorism as a religious philosophy needs to be denounced by one and all. Every practicing Muslim is a fanatic person. He can turn into a terrorist if there is an opportunity.
